Who we are

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, service required, job details and any photographs you choose to attach. If you submit a review, we may also collect your rating, comments, general area and the type of work completed.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess the requested work, prepare a quotation, arrange a visit and provide our services. Review information is sent privately to us for verification and moderation. A review is only published after approval and with the permission given on the review form. We do not sell your information.

Form delivery

Website enquiries and review submissions are delivered using FormSubmit. Information entered into either form is processed for the purpose of forwarding it to our business email account.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and customer information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, quotations, completed work, legal obligations and business records.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete information where we are not legally required to retain it.
